In changing times, it needs to look to the future as it continues to grow, ensuring this is done sustainably with visitors at its heart.
A bespoke visitor experience audit gave them everything they needed to understand and make decisions on their current offer and considering where and when to invest as part of an overarching vision for the site.
The audit provided insight into the sector, as well as giving the railway an independent view on how to move forward, starting with a longer-term vision, moving through improving what they already have and finishing with new ideas for future investment.
