Autumn Foliage

There's something fantastic about a place that makes you smile, lifts your spirits or surprises you.

Great visitor experiences do not happen by chance. Be clear on your future, plan for it and then develop amazing experiences that make visitors want to return again and again. Simple, right?

Well, it rarely feels simple, but it doesn't have to be complicated or expensive.

I work with a range of places, from nature reserves and gardens to museums and heritage attractions and have the experience to  support anyone working with visitors.

Let's have a chat about how I can bring a fresh pair of eyes to your place - helping support you to plan, develop your team, grow your business and create memorable experiences for new and existing audiences.

Why me?

Because I've done it.

Hi, I'm Amanda.

With more than 30 years' experience in visitor operations and communications it's fair to say I've learned a few things about audience development and creating successful visitor experiences.

Having worked for National Trust and RSPB, I have a broad set of well-honed skills to help maximise the opportunities at your attraction both indoors and outside.

As a consultant I have also worked with a wide range of organisations such as Woodland Trust, National Trust, RSPB, Yorkshire, Norfolk, Somerset and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trusts, Natural England, Hawk & Owl Trust, Morecambe Winter Gardens, Biggin Hill Memorial Museum and Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust to name but a few, delivering a wide range of projects.

I would love to use my expertise to help your business flourish and to work with you to create fantastic experiences that your visitors will keep coming back to enjoy.
